1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use OT Saver, or have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account credentials secure, and all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive behavior.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Interfere with OT Saver's systems, services, or security measures.
4. Merchant Offers and Disputes
Offers available through OT Saver are provided by individual merchants and remain subject to each merchant's own terms, availability, and conditions. OT Saver is not liable for merchant-side disputes, fulfillment issues, or service quality.
5. Intellectual Property
OT Saver and all related branding, software, content, and materials are owned by Al Omar FZE, SPC or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
You may stop using OT Saver at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OT Saver is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OT Saver and Al Omar FZE, SPC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of OT Saver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
